Clear brand identity, on-shelf impact, significant energy savings, horizontal sleeving…You know the advantages of stretch sleeves, but do you know the best stretch sleeve applicator for your needs? We offer a range of stretch sleeve applicators, and we can recommend you the best one for you, depending on your aims, quantities, and products.
The future’s green, it’s on the horizon
Let us tell you about Horizon, an eco-friendly horizontal stretch sleeve applicator, with low energy consumption (1.5 Kw/h), made of stainless steel 304, and which uses easily recyclable PE sleeves.
What more do you need?
Horizon offers incredible versatility, running at a pace of up to 330 mm high/60 ppm, and integrates a touch-sensitive screen for Allen Bradley human/machine interfaces. As a linear PE stretch sleeve applicator, Horizon processes at an average pace of 30/40 ppm as products are conveyed horizontally into sleeves, separated prior to application. The finished product exits the conveyor with a perfectly fitting sleeve for its shape.
What’s more, with Horizon, conformity is guaranteed! The sleeved products are checked, and any anomalies are rejected – if there appears to be a recurring issue then the operator is alerted.
All this makes Horizon stretch sleeve applicator the perfect solution for tray decoration, or any project in need of horizontal sleeving.
The technology behind Horizon is to thank for, (i) its high-quality output, (ii) with 4 mechanical fingers to simultaneously stretch the sleeve pre-application. Designed with operators in mind, few specialist parts are needed for this stretch sleeve applicator. Thanks to its maintenance-free mechanical perforator, the brushless motors for the tubbing move, and the few moving parts which reduce the need for maintenance.
If you have a project in need of horizontal sleeving, Horizon might be just what you’re looking for! But if not, we’re confident that we can help you find your perfect sleeve applicator.
