This stretch sleeve applicator is our fastest linear machine.
The rythm on exit of the machine is high, up to 120 cycles/mn but
as two subassemblies work each after the other, they actually run
at 50 % of the real speed.
When a pair of stretchers descends the sleeve, the other pair
rises to catch the next one.
This is of great interest because it lowers tremendously the wear
and maintenance of each subassembly.
The HC range for stretch and heat shrink sleeves is featured by rotary
applicators, which are dedicated to very high speed production lines
such as in dairy and beverages industries.
Products on line are collected by an timing screw which puts them
onto the right position to fit the rotating carousel and get ready for the
sleeve application.
The carousel can include 10 to 32 stations and its diameter is set
according to the products and the requested pace.

1. This stretch sleeve applicator handles the products in line and
stops them under the head.
2. Then the mandrel opens the sleeve, 4 clamping grippers stretch
it before application onto the product.
3. The product is then released and the cycle starts again.

1. The products on the line are spaced with an endless screw.
2. A micro-perforation is set in-between each and other sleeve.
3. The sleeve is opened after the perforation and thrown onto the
container while it is moving on the conveyor.
