In line or in a stand alone configuration, the SAM stretch sleeve applicator, can apply sleeves on containers from 5 to 30L. It is compatible with cylindrical, square or rectangular shapes. The nominal speed is 15 containers/minute. Designed to be operator friendly, the changeover time is less than 15 minutes.
How it works:
Containers arrive, a blocker positions the product under the sleeve applicator head. Once in position, the sleeving process starts. Stretchers grab a sleeve, stretch it and bring it down onto the container. The LDPE sleeve is released only once it has reached its final position on the container.
The sleeve applicator is compatible with filled or empty products!
360° decoration. The sleeve holds without glue and the LDPE is easily recyclable, low density (0,93), no toxic fumes when incinerated.
