The HC range for stretch and shrink shrink sleeves is featured by rotary
applicators, which are dedicated to very high speed production lines
such as in dairy and beverages industries. Designed and manufactured by PDC Europe!
Products on line are collected by an timing screw which puts them
onto the right position to fit the rotating carousel and get ready for the sleeve application.
The carousel can include 10 to 32 stations and its diameter is set
according to the products and the requested pace.

We have chosen the rotary design rather than offering solutions with several machines in order to allow a smooth process (only 20 cycles per minute per station), small footprint, single lane process, high efficiency, etc… For instance you are using only one reel at a time, the reel supports help you go from one reel to the other without stopping production. Only one operator need and yet to full time.
