R-400 IS A VERSATILE MACHINE:
■ As every R-kind equipments it takes advantage of a mandrel pre-shaped according to your product, which guarantees the best positioning of the sleeve onto the product.
■ The soft continuous move reduces vibrations and wear, which allows easy use of thinner and rather fragile films without fear of breaking them.
■ Compatible with product’s diameters from 40 up to 140 mm, empty or full, this machine can sleeve complete or partial decoration as well as bundling.
TECHNOLOGY
■ Brushless motors (Allen Bradley) for each movement. Less than 15 minutes to go from one size to the other. Very little tooling parts required – easy maintenance – HMI with all the information for operators and maintenance engineers.
■ Continuous sleeve indeed, no stop. This means no time lost. The machine ramps up smoothly, no brutal acceleration in the process.
■ The R technology offers a smaller sleeve than other machines. It allows you to save money on the sleeve, have a better orientation and simplify the challenges linked to shrinkage.
