This is why we invented SURE, PDC Europe’s patented universal reject unit.
SURE is a standalone unit which detects faulty or non-compliant products, and rejects, deviates or rotates products without damaging them.
SURE is installed on the production line and identifies non-compliant items via an automated detection sensor, thus activating the rejection system which deviates the offending product from the line.
How are we SURE it’s different?
Whereas other reject systems push or deviate containers laterally or frontally, SURE follows products from the rear at its linear speed, enabling a safe rejection with no shocks and no risk of tilting it. This means that SURE works with one single part in movement.
SURE is simple & efficient: it only has one moving part directly linked to a brushless motor, with no compressed air. Its ergonomic features and design ensure that energy consumption and maintenance costs are kept low.
Are you SURE it’d work for our production lines?
SURE adjusts its speed to your lines, to your product’s pitch and size. It really is a universal reject unit!
Compatible with high-speed production lines and easily integrated on your conveyor, SURE can be located anywhere on a production line, for instance after a filler or a capper.
We’ve designed SURE to facilitate the work of your operators. A logo on the main door changes colour according to the production conditions so the operator knows what is going on even from a distance.
With or without safety guards, SURE can adapt to different speed and container sizes. What’s more, it can be used with all existing detection solutions – camera, UV cell, fibre optic & more. This means that SURE will fit anywhere of your choice on your line. SURE can also be used as a divider to control accumulation on two lines, or even be used to orientate products with handles, making sure they are all in the same direction..
So SURE is a universal reject unit, but also so much more!
